The job at Turner Law School involved a complete interior renovation of the existing 80,000 s.f. North Carolina Central University Law Library and a 3-story 25,000s.f. new addition.  A new basement tie-in to the existing building involving extensive soil nailing, micropiling, and waterproofing made this project particularly challenging.  The project also included a new chiller building located on the rooftop of the existing 4-story structure.
