This project consisted of a new metal
building for Progress Energy at the Mayo plant in Roxboro. The
building housed equipment including a bioreactor storage tank
holding bacteria that "eat" heavy metals from the heat transfer
water allowing metals to be removed from water prior to entering the
water stream.
