The Carver Elementary School, originally a $5.7 million
dollar, 62,000 square foot project was constructed in two phases.
The initial phase was brought in sufficiently under budget (4.9 million)
to allow a negotiated change order which would permit the construction
of an additional six classrooms, financed under the terms of the original
project budget.
