A $1.26 million, three story Historic renovation. Originally built in the early 1900’s the structure was totally gutted and replaced with dorm rooms and administrative offices. With the addition of a new elevator, stair tower and sprinkler system the facility now meets all ADA guidelines. By refurbishing a fireplace and most exterior doors and by reinstalling maple hardwood floors from the original construction this project was given an award by the National Historic Committee.
